Disclaimers
1. Absence of Online Presence
PhantomTrace’s digital identification technology relies on identifying a person’s likeness across publicly available images and online profiles. If an individual has little to no digital footprint—meaning they do not appear in accessible web sources such as social media, news, blogs, or public databases— our system may not be able to locate or return results for that face. In such cases, a lack of matches does not indicate an error; it simply reflects that no traceable data exists on the public web for that identity.
2. Pricing
Our pricing reflects the level of data depth involved. The Initial Search uses only public open-source information and is offered at a lower cost. The Secondary Search is a higher-tier option that expands the investigation by cross-referencing initial results with premium and proprietary databases (e.g., government records, criminal data, behavioral analytics, and identity risk registries), requiring more processing time, secure access, and licensing. If the Secondary Search provides no additional findings beyond the Initial Search, you will be refunded the price difference between the two tiers.
