Mr. Casarona holds a B.S. in Science & Technology and an M.S. in Computational Science & Engineering – both from Kean University – where he concentrated on Applied Mathematics, with a strong emphasis on research, modeling, and computational problem solving.
At Serpent Industries, Mr. Casarona applies advanced mathematics to build scalable, intelligent software systems. His analytical, data-driven approach shapes system architecture, optimizes performance, and guides strategic innovation in alignment with business goals.

Michael McCarty – Cofounder
Mr. McCarty earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Kean University. A visionary entrepreneur and multidisciplinary designer, Mr. McCarty has launched and led several successful ventures, blending form and function across both digital and physical spaces.
